Pitmaster Salahodeen brings his signature flavors to traditional Texas bbq. Salahodeen started making bbq for friends and family 6 years ago, and it slowly grew into an obsession. It started out with researching how to make a darker bark before ballooning into his own bbq sauce recipies, homemade pickles, and finally elevated from scratch sides.
